This function calls:

RBFconv fits radial basis function to each spike and returns coeffiecents.
assignToWaveform assign spikes to one of the waveforms supplied or throw away as noise
createMeanWaveforms merges similar mean waveforms of different clusters.
plotClusters plots the 10 biggest clusters (or less if not available).
plotRawWithHist plot raw
plotSingleCluster plots details about a single cluster
postDetectionFilter erases spurious spikes that dont have a sufficient overshoot
realigneSpikes realign spikes (after they were upsampled to 100KHz).
setDistanceWeight x:datapoints at which to set weights
sortBlock sorts a block of spikes
