 this file is for debugging/playing arround; it isnt used for any of the real simulations.

This function calls:

MTEO impements the MTEO detector according to
findPeakPower determine peak location of spike using power signal
runningStd calculates a running std (fast, with convolution).
loadSimulationFiles script. loads the requested simulation files into the current workspace.
