calcAlignPerf_allSims

PURPOSE

calculates the std of the align error for all simulations for a given noise level

SYNOPSIS

function [allStds,allMeans, errorsNormalized,params] = calcAlignPerf_allSims(simNrs, levelNr, alignMethods, basepath, Fs, doUpsample, doNormalizeErrors)

DESCRIPTION

calculates the std of the align error for all simulations for a given noise level

doUpsample:upsample and correct error yes/no
doNormalizeError:subtract median from error yes/no

CROSS-REFERENCE INFORMATION

This function calls:

upsampleSpikes upsample spikes from raw sampling to 100kHz.
evalSimulatedAlignPerf spiketimes is ground truth (from simulation)
loadSimulationFilesVars loads a list of variables instead of all variables.
realigneSpikes realign spikes (after they were upsampled to 100KHz).

This function is called by:

calcAlignPerf % main file for evaluation of alignment performance.
