PURPOSE

This is a script file.

% main file for evaluation of alignment performance.

This function calls:

upsampleSpikes upsample spikes from raw sampling to 100kHz.
calcAlignPerf_allSims calculates the std of the align error for all simulations for a given noise level
evalSimulatedAlignPerf spiketimes is ground truth (from simulation)
plotSimulatedAlignPerf summary plot of aligned waveforms. also clusters waveforms to illustrate number of clusters (rather than quality of sorting).
realigneSpikes realign spikes (after they were upsampled to 100KHz).
