DESCRIPTION

does realignment at maximum, performs various tests before/after filtering
to exclude spurious waveforms and converts to RBF representation.

allSpikes: waveforms
allTimestamps: timestamps for this waveforms
stdEstimate: estimate of std of raw signal

type 1(positive), 2(negative)
