PURPOSE

produces a figure of the raw data traces and saves it in a file

This function calls:

getRawTimestamps reads raw timestamps; calls the appropriate routine for the data format used.
plotSpikeExtraction plots various steps of the spike extraction process.
processRaw processes raw signal, extracts spikes. loads data directly from neuralynx
copyStructFields copies a list of fields from a source to a target structure
initFilter designs the bandpass filter used for spike detection/extraction
