plots figures that show the result of clustering

function produceFigures(handles, outputpath,outputFormat, thresholdMethod, displayFigures)

This function calls:

scaleFigure
determineFigExportFormat determines the options for figure export, according to the file suffix (i.e. png, eps)
plotSingleCluster plots details about a single cluster
plotSortingResultRaw displays the raw waveforms of all spikes that were assigned to a valid
