does detection standalone
prewhiten: 0/1. prewhiten of the raw signal,before extraction of spikes.
alignMethod: 1 (pos), 2 (neg), 3 (mixed)

This function calls:

getRawTimestamps reads raw timestamps; calls the appropriate routine for the data format used.
processRaw processes raw signal, extracts spikes. loads data directly from neuralynx
copyStructFields copies a list of fields from a source to a target structure
initFilter designs the bandpass filter used for spike detection/extraction
calculateStdEstimate
