This function calls:

defineFileFormat defines properties which depend on the raw file version
copyStructFields copies a list of fields from a source to a target structure
StandaloneInit does detection standalone
loadSortResultFiles loads results of sorting/detection (if already done)
produceFigures plots figures that show the result of clustering
produceProjectionFigures plots and exports projection test figures
produceRawTraceFig produces a figure of the raw data traces and saves it in a file
produceThresholdFig produces a figure showing the number spikes found as a function of different thresholds.
